ATS 6004XM-1000 4CH TOP SCOPE

The fully upgraded ATS 6004XM-1000 is our proud 4 channel top level and fully optioned differential/offset scope. It measures at 1000 million samples per second (1Ghz) on each channel into a 256Million point sample buffer. It has scope-able resistance measuring, USB3, sure connect and safe ground. CAN and serial data analysers on each channel, 200Mhz streaming mode (data logging).  The scope can be used stand-alone or can be coupled to for example the ATS 500XM 2 channel scope or an ATS6004 4-channel scope to create a 6 or 8 channel timed instrument.
