The WS6 range of Tie Pie Wifi oscilloscopes, or as we call them ATIS610004D 4Ch Wifi, are computer based oscilloscopes which can be connected to your laptop wirelessly and without a power supply.
Once set up on a vehicle and measuring is started the scope can perform on its own without a network connection and using its own battery for power. These features mean that prolonged test driving is possible for fault finding and results can be viewed as soon as the scope returns within network range.
The scope is capable of high resolution measurements up to 1GSa/s on up to 4 channels simultaneously with recording lengths up to 256Mpoints and can store 30Gb on its internal memory. What this means is once the scope is back in the wifi range, or back in the workshop analysis of recordings can be made with levels of detail that are unmatched in the automotive repair industry.
