We recently installed a 4-post wheel alignment adaptor kit onto a standard 4-ton 4-post hoist to enable seamless integration with the Launch WA613 wireless wheel aligner. This retrofit kit includes rear wheel slip plates, front wheel ramps, turntables, and front locator plates to stabilise the turntables during alignment.
The Launch WA613 wireless wheel aligner is engineered for efficiency — it is quick to set up and intuitive to operate. When paired with the optional three-point tyre-mounted wheel clamps, setup time is further reduced while completely eliminating the risk of rim damage. The system includes standard four-point rim clamps, but the optional three-point clamps enhance speed and convenience.
What sets the WA613 apart is its wireless, rechargeable left and right measurement units. These magnetic-mounted units transmit alignment data directly to the tablet, operate all day on a single charge, and magnetically attach to the hoist for effortless image capture of the alignment targets.
