The PAD 9 Link is Launch's new flagship high end diagnostic tool which includes the Smartlink C V3.0, VCI. This VCI enables more enhanced WIFI communication with a more secure connection. The PAD 9's multi channel system scanning ability increases diagnostic speeds by as much a factor of 10. Like the Eurotab 3, the PAD 9 has the 13.6 inch touch screen, 12 GB RAM and 512 GB of memory, 12 and 24 volt connectivity and extra long battery life.
